Research Projects

  • Project - Was a part of Resilience, Recovery and Reintegration of Psychological Health in Young Adults, Funded by MHRD, Government of India.
  • Latest research in 2018 was done in a local NHS hospital in Wales in UK, to understand the factors affecting human consumption and how we can maintain healthy eating choices, drawing from principles of applied behavior analysis.

  • Presented a paper on Behaviour Analysis at the International Conference on Health Psychology organised by Indian Academy of Health Psychology in Varanasi (2019). Title of the paper "Applied Behaviour Analysis and Nudge - An Informed Approach to Obesity" ( A research done in the United Kingdom ).
  • Publication in Indian Journal - (Samajbodh, 20012, vol.2, Issue.2), -" Aggression: An Endurance Unfold"- Mondol Juliet Karmakar, Dr. (Ms.) Agrawal Avaneesh.

  • Webinar for students "Impact of Covid-19"- IEEE Women Association, Kharagpur Chapter.
  • Continued Education by participating in a Mindfulness based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Programme organised by Indian Academy of Health Psychology at Varanasi with expert from Nimhans, Bangalore (2019).
  • Latest research in 2018 was done in a local NHS hospital to understand the factors affecting human consumption and how we can maintain healthy eating choices, drawing from principles of applied behaviour analysis and "Nudge" from behavioural economics. Presentation was given at Welsh Scientific Conference, 2018, Aberystwyth University. (Jones,F., Mondol, K.J., Jones, W.Elin.( 2018)).
  • Paper accepted in 2017 for oral presentation, at the 19th International Conference on Psychiatry and Philosophy, Madrid, Spain. - A case study - "Moral Development, formation of Self, Concept & Emotional Stability: A Behavioural Approach". Mondol,K.J.
  • Ex - Panel member for Psychological Consultation on "INDIA TV".
  • Paper presentation at XVI WORLD CONGRESS of PSYCHIATRY, organized by the World Psychiatric Association at Madrid, Spain.
  • Opinion for improvements in the area of counselling received majority votes from the members of British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists. The motion therefore was represented at the Annual General Meeting, British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) at Birmingham, UK, in November, 2018. The motion received enough votes at the AGM and was said to be passed for further consideration as deemed appropriate.

  • Additional Course- The Clinical Psychology of Children and Young People by the University of Edinburgh on Coursera. Certificate earned on July 5th, 2015.
